4 Day Per Week RN Positions Available

Baraga County Memorial Hospital is seeking full-time (4 days per week) RN positions.  Qualifications include:

  • Must have graduated from an approved school of professional nursing.
  • Must maintain current licensure for professional nursing practice in the State of Michigan.
  • Must be BLS/CPR and ACLS certified every 2 years according to the Michigan Heart Association guidelines.
  • Demonstrates clinical competence in administration of quality nursing care to patients.
  • Demonstrates personal acceptance of responsibility and accountability for self and team members.
  • Demonstrates use of rehabilitative-restorative nursing techniques appropriate to the need of the patient.
  • Promotes positive interpersonal relationships with staff members, administrators, physicians and the public.
  • Accepts assigned duties within his/her knowledge, experience and educational training.
  • Maintains confidentiality concerning the patient and family, staff members, administration and physicians.
  • Must demonstrate a daily commitment to the Standards of Behavior and Core Values of BCMH.

Revenue Cycle Manager

Baraga County Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Manager.  Qualifications include:

  • Must have an associate degree in business, finance, healthcare field and/or revenue cycle experience in healthcare.
  • Must have at least three years of supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Promotes positive interpersonal relationships with staff members, administrators, physicians and the public.
  • Maintains confidentiality concerning the patient and family, staff members, administration and physicians.
  • Must demonstrate a daily commitment to the Standards of Behavior and Core Values of BCMH.

General Maintenance Worker

Baraga County Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time General Maintenance Worker.  Qualifications include:

  • Must have training, experience, and knowledge in mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC equipment and repair.
  • Must have a valid Michigan driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Must be able to maintain a chauffeurs license.
  • Must be able to take emergency call.
  • Must have a high school diploma.
  • Must demonstrate a daily commitment to the Standards of Behavior and Core Values of BCMH.

Part-Time Respiratory Care Assistant

Baraga County Memorial Hospital is seeking a part-time (24 hour per week) respiratory care assistant.  Qualifications include:

  • Previous hospital/medical experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
  • Must demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Must have or obtain and maintain CPR certification.
  • Promotes positive interpersonal relationships with staff members, administrators, physicians and the public.
  • Maintains confidentiality concerning the patient and family, staff members, administration and physicians.
  • Must demonstrate a daily commitment to the Standards of Behavior and Core Values of BCMH.

Part-Time Dietary Assistant

Baraga County Memorial Hospital is seeking a part-time dietary assistant.  Qualifications include:

  • Must have cooking experience with large quantities of food.
  • Must become certified in the SafeServ program.
  • Must demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Must demonstrate a daily commitment to the Standards of Behavior and Core Values of BCMH.

Join Our Volunteer Program!

BCMH has an active volunteer program at their facility. If you are looking for a way to contribute to your community by volunteering your time, we would love to have the opportunity to have you as a part of our organization. Volunteer greeters are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm to greet the public and provide directions and guidance to those who are new to the facility. This rewarding opportunity can require as little or as many hours as you would like to donate - there are no minimum requirements.
